PRICING
Pricing displayed in the portal is live and linked to your account. While prices are kept up to date, they are subject to change due to supplier adjustments. You will be invoiced at the correct price at the time your order is processed.
GST
All prices displayed are excluding GST. GST will be added where applicable and shown on your invoice.
PAYMENT
Payment is not taken at the time of ordering.

COD customers: Payment is required on pickup or prior to delivery.

Account customers: Payment terms are as per your approved credit account.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
You are able to place orders for products that may be temporarily out of stock. We receive stock regularly and will fulfil orders as soon as stock becomes available.
If we are unable to source an item or there is an extended delay, we will contact you to advise and discuss alternative options. You will not be charged for any items we are unable to supply.
If you can’t find a product in the portal, please contact us — we may still be able to source it for you.
DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area.
Manjimup – Monday - Friday
Pemberton – Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday
Northcliffe – Wednesday
Bridgetown – Tuesday & Friday
Boyup Brook – Thursday
Nannup – Tuesday
Karri Valley - Wednesday
PICKUP
Pickup orders are packed and ready the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
